Presidents Message:
May 2nd - Sushi Day from Fujia - discussion of price - money from this will go to Japan relief (Red Cross). Agreed on $3 and $4.
Playground meeting was last night. We have $25,829 (75% needs to be kept aside for installation). Joanne passed around 2 playground options. The monkey bars and “mushrooms” will be staying and new playground will replace other existing playground. Alison proposed that the remaining $4500 that we are short, be taken from all fundraising for remainder of the year (Magic Show, bottle drive and toonie hike) and just get it done this summer.
April 29th may 1st - BCC PAC in Richmond - everyone welcome
We wont be wiped out if we borrow monies from the admin as we rarely use the allotted $7000 each year.
