Principal’s Message:
- Ms T talked about the system (Synervoice) and is asking for feedback.
- Report cards go home tomorrow
- Friday is last day before Spring Break - school is back on March 28th
- Cross country started today - there was a great turn out
- March 28th Track and Field begins (Grades 3, 4 and 5)
- Swim meet was Monday - thank you to Kimberley - Kimberley wants to run it next year and is hoping the get more kids out
(Fridays 3:15 Commonwealth) - 3 meets - preliminaries and championships - team now has a name, Marlins
- April 14thwill be Student Led Conferences
- Spring Concert will be the following week as well as Earth Day
- Bike Rodeo will be May 30th or June 3rd
- Staffing for next year begins on Friday
- Newsletter will go out suggesting placement requests - Mahia asked about confidentiality and Ms T said if there were specific names
mentioned, then only herself and Miss Hazon would see them
- Ms T asked that we remind the kids about not playing in the bushes after school and playing around the driveway
- Kindergarten Orientation May 19th - PAC will be asked for representation - Parent orientation and a Tea the following day
- Ms T requested PAC representation for Calendar Building meeting Wednesday May 4th 3-430

- School supplies - Joanne will be getting order lists organized
Presidents Message:
- Movie night made $502 ($150+ in donation jar)
- Round table discussion about playground - whether we would go ahead now or wait for another year
- Donald Dumphy booked for Magic Show April 15th 6:30-7:30 (magic kits) - concession $10 per family
Vice Principal’s Message:
- Autism walk April 17th (date might change)
Treasurer’s Message:
- Playground $18,528 + $5000 grant (40% needed for installation)
- Kimberley suggested waiting as there are talks of an upcoming grant for school playground, which could be $10,000 - playground

- Kimberley asked about whether PAC will fund for a child to participate in something if their parents don't have the available money.
Yes, there is money set aside for this - it just needs to go through a teacher for the request.
- Kimberley asked about uniforms and possibly upgrading them as well as possibly getting swim caps - Sanci explained that there was
money available for this and all that was required was a teacher to put in request for these things
- Sanci handed out funds summary and walked through the current figures
